Sherman patrons can access Consumer Reports, the most trusted name in vetted and tested reviews and ratings of products through the digital database. If you want to browse the Consumer Reports website, use the library's subscription by calling us at 217-496-2496.  We will give you the login and password needed to access the full site.

Inkie.org is a suite of resources - available to everyone in Illinois at no charge.   Inkie.org allows readers to access locally-produced content by browsing collections of independently published e-books by Illinois authors.  Inkie.org  supports local authors with online creation and publishing tools. ​

Illinois Legal Aid Online (ILAO) increases access to justice by breaking down barriers of language, income, education, geography, and time, for families and individuals with civil legal problems in Illinois, who cannot find or afford lawyers.  We are the only legal aid program in the state who provides 24/7 access to self-empowerment tools in three languages.
