    4-H members are ages 8-18. They can enter in and exhibit a variety of projects in the 4-H county show in the summer or during other planned exhibition opportunities. There are a variety of other fun activities available, including 4-H camp, conferences, and competitions.

    4-H leaders are adult volunteers who lead clubs. They can be parents, grandparents, relatives, or people who simply enjoy working with youth.

    Need a new passport? Come to the Sherman Public Library on Saturday September 30th from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. A representative from the Sangamon County Circuit Clerk's passport office will help guide you through the process.
    You will need:
    1. Certified copy of your birth certificate (no photocopies or hospital certificate)
    2. Valid photo ID
    3. Approved passport photo (photos can be taken the day of the event for $10.00, 2x2 inches)
    4. Certified copies of court orders for name change, custody or adoption decrees
    5. Two checks or money order to pay applicable fees
    Passport fees:
    Passport book: Adult-16 and over $110.00, Children 15 and under: $80.00 checks made out to U.S. Department of State
    Passport Card: Adult-16 and over $300.00, Children 15 and under: $15.00 checks made out to U.S. Department of State
    Passport Photo: $10.00 cash or checks made out to Circuit Clerk
    Processing Fee: $25.00 per application cash or checks made out to Circuit Clerk
    Expedite Service Fee: $60.00
